ACCOMMODATION

A participant should book accommodation on his own.

We recommend the hotel Mercure where the conference will take place. There are special prices for our participants:

Single room 400 PLN/day

Double room 450 PLN/day

The price

includes breakfast and entry to the spa area (swimming pool, sauna, gym)
is valid if the password “KONFERENCJA UG I PG” is provided when making an individual reservation by sending an email to h3391-sl2@accor.com
is valid until May 17, 2024
full prepayment is due within two weeks of booking
free cancellation is possible until June 7 at 3 p.m

Additionally, the resort fee 3.22PLN/day/person will be charged by the hotel.

Parking is available on-site at the hotel for 40 PLN per day (or 4 PLN per hour).
