ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation should be arranged individually.
Participants may take advantage of a special offer at Mercure Posejdon Hotel, where the conference is held.
Special accommodation rates at Mercure Posejdon Hotel have been negotiated for conference participants:
- PLN 490 per night – single room
- PLN 565 per night – double room
The price includes breakfast and access to the SPA zone (swimming pool, saunas, gym).
Booking Conditions
- The special rate is valid until 30 April 2026.
- Individual reservations can be made by sending an email to the hotel h3391@accor.com and using the password provided to participants via email after registration.
- Reservations made after 30 April 2026 will be subject to room availability.
- The hotel reserves the right to apply publicly available rates.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Full prepayment is required within 7 days of making the reservation.
- Free cancellation or modification is possible until 31 May 2026, 4:00 PM.
- After this deadline, the hotel will charge the full cost for all unused nights.
Additional Information
- It is possible to split the payment into two invoices for two people.
- Additionally, the resort fee 3.46PLN/day/person will be charged by the hotel.
- Parking is available on-site at the hotel for 60 PLN per day (or 6 PLN per hour).
