REGISTRATION FORM

Early-bird* fee	1500 PLN or 375 EUR
Regular fee	1800 PLN or 450 EUR
Online participation fee	250 PLN or 60 EUR

All participants must pay the applicable registration fees.

The basic registration fee includes:

• participation in the conference (including special panels of summer school)
• conference materials
• welcome party (Monday)
• all coffee breaks (Monday-Friday)
• 5 lunches (Monday-Friday)
• 1 dinner (Tuesday)
• conference excursion (Wednesday)
• conference dinner (Thursday)

Online registration fee includes:

• participation in invited talks, tutorials (only the theory part), and contributed talks, including giving such a talk

The price for an accompanying person depends on the content and should be agreed upon individually by contacting the conference e-mail address.

The conference fee. The conference fee should be paid by bank transfer to the following account.
