Payments

All participants must pay the applicable registration fees.

The registration fee includes:

• participation in the conference (including special panels of summer school)
• conference materials
• welcome party (Monday)
• all coffee breaks (Monday-Friday)
• 5 lunches (Monday-Friday)
• social event (Tuesday evening)
• conference excursion (Wednesday)
• conference dinner (Thursday)

The price for an accompanying person depends on the content and should be agreed upon individually. Please contact us via email for arrangements.

Visa requirements. Please verify if you require a Visa to enter Poland. If so, please notify us via email. We recommend addressing this as early as possible.
